"All is well and still very satisfied. Just wish my roof was bigger so I could have gotten a larger system. It's been nice to get a check once a quarter for the SRECs generated. I get $560 for 2 SRECs."

"We are very satisfied with the system. Initially there were a lot of problems as you are well aware of. A lot of that had to do with the fact that Aztec was overwhelmed with business because of the Gov/PA incentive program. We were also overwhelmed because of prep work to get our out-buildings ready for the panels, ie roofing, shed structure, etc. We also had electronic problems due to setup problems, getting our computer systems adapted to the data loggers, gateway and consumption meter. However, thanks to Aztec's staff, all of the problems were eventually ironed out, and now the system is performing as good or better than our expectations.
Recently we were hit with heavier than usual winds from hurricane Irene. We were very afraid the high winds were going to lift the panels right off of the garage and destroy the system. Again we were surprised. The installers did their job well with anchoring the panels to the roofs. We came through the storm with no damage. The system appears very rugged, It performs dependably. It awakens in the morning at sunup, and goes to sleep at night with the sunset very consistently.
The system has definitely made a difference in our electric bill. March through September, 2011, our bill has been $9.11. That's for generation and the other nuisance fees. During the winter when the days are very short, we had to pay some. January was $49, and February was $45. During the months of March, April and May the system actually produced more than we used. Those extra KWH in the bucket were than applied to our next bill to help with the high cooling days of summer.
Presently the system is doing very well. All problems seem to be taken care of. One small problem is that our consumption meter does not have the ability to store data. As a result, it will drop data for the time that the power is out. Fortunately, this mostly happens during storms. The only other thing that I can think of is that your engineers and personnel absolutely must find a way to GET RID OF CLOUDS!
Installing the system on our property has been a learning experience for both us and Aztec. We feels as though we are pioneers in the residential solar industry. Overall, we recommend Aztec Solar to anyone considering solar power."

"I am very happy with the system and extremely happy at how it was attached to my roof using clamps and not drilling."
Ben - Spring City, PA
"The project was successful and highly professional. There were no issues and the system is functioning perfectly. I've had several people stop me on the street to ask about the install, it looks great."

Aztec Solar Power supports the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides awareness and services to seriously injured servicemen and women of the United States Armed Forces.
In September of 2010, Aztec Solar Power installed a free solar system at the home of Marine Corps. Sgt. Harold Court of York, PA, who was seriously wounded in the war in Iraq when his Humvee was struck by a bomb. When his electric bill stretched his budget to the breaking point, Sgt. Court decided to look into solar power as a way to save on his electric bill. He called Aztec Solar Power and was told that the company would be honored to install a system for him, free of charge, in gratitude for his service to country.
